When you receive your products, we strongly advise you to ‘grab a cup of tea’, read the instructions and fully test the item before installing. Please also keep all packaging including boxes, accessories and instructions neat in their original condition. In the unlikely scenario where you are unhappy with the product and wish to return it, you’ll need to return the product in its original condition and packaging. If we don’t get everything back in good condition, we may charge a restocking fee (see below).
In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your item(s) received we offer an easy, hassle-free 30-days returns policy. Simply open a support ticket with us to receive a returns (RMA) number and package the item up using as much as the original packaging as possible. Then send the item back to our address using the instructions that we will provide. Once received we’ll process the return as quickly as possible.
Return for Refund
You can return your item for a full refund up to 30 days after receiving it using our money back guarantee. From 1st November you can return your item for a full refund up to 21st January 2023 with our extended Christmas returns policy. If the item is faulty then we'll provide you with a pre-paid mailing label but if the item is unwanted, we'll ask you to cover the postage cost. We cannot refund postage costs where our returns label has not been used. Once we receive the item your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
Return for Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong item or you would like to have a faulty item replaced, then please get in touch with us. In some cases, where an item is at fault, we will send out a replacement item or component for free to resolve the issue.
If you are returning an item for exchange, then once the returned item has been received by us, we will dispatch the new item to your address using your original delivery method. If the replacement item is different to the original, the difference in price will be charged or refunded to you as required.
Should you require the replacement item in advance of us receiving the original item then we will ask you to pay for the item. We will then refund the cost of the original item once it has been received.
Returns from Outside The UK
We will cover the cost of shipping a return only if the original item was damaged in transit or faulty, however, postage costs on unwanted items will need to be covered by the buyer. In the case where you, as the buyer, need to pay return postage please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote so that you can get the best price possible.
Returns Under Our 3 Year Guarantee
If your item develops a fault within its 3-year guarantee period, then please get in touch with our helpdesk team. In the majority of cases, we will be able to find a solution without you needing to return your item, however, if we find there is no fix, we will exchange the item on a like-for-like basis.
Condition of Returned Goods
Please make sure the return is safely packaged and returned with all the original packaging, instructions and accessories and in an appropriate box or package. We reserve the right to charge an appropriate restocking fee up to 30% for items not returned in their original condition including original packaging, instructions and accessories. Marks or stickers on the box will also incur a restocking charge.
