We offer a 3-year guarantee on all our products as standard. Our products are made and tested to the highest standards and are subject to a 5-stage testing procedure before they even go on sale. We spot check items before sending to minimise defective units and give you the greatest peace of mind. We are extremely confident in all our products, and there is no need for our customers to register for the guarantee to be valid. All we ask is to keep your purchase paperwork as this will be helpful should any guarantee claim arise.
The length of the guarantee service is the same for all countries however the terms of the service may vary depending on the country you are in. For example, delivery times for replacement parts and exchanges will take longer, however, we will always endeavour to have any repair, exchange or refund completed within a satisfactory and convenient time frame. If you are returning an item from outside of the United Kingdom the delivery to us will be at your own cost and risk unless otherwise stated by our support team.
This guarantees our products to its original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use for a period of three years from the receipt of the camera providing it has been used in accordance with the instructions included in their user manual. We will bear the labour charges and the costs of parts needed for that repair if that product is found to be defective by our Technical Team based in Bristol, United Kingdom. To receive our guarantee service, you must request an RMA form from us and return the item to our address in Bristol, United Kingdom. Please do not post the item to us until you have spoken to one of our technical team as they may be able to advise on how to fix the issue yourself or do it remotely via the Internet. If you return an item to us without first requesting an RMA form, then we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Exclusions to this guarantee include the following:
- Malfunction or damage caused by incorrect installation of the camera
- Malfunction or damage caused by customers attempting repair
- Improper use or negligence during installation and/or operation
- Battery operated products and batteries (see below)
